❋ Learning EnvironmentThe course will take place at Éirigh Pilates, a fully equipped reformer studio in Coole, Co. Westmeath, centrally located in the Midlands. The studio is easily accessible — approximately 1.5 hours from Dublin (city and airport) and Galway, 2.5 hours from Belfast, and 3 hours from Cork.
There is ample on-site parking, and the area offers a range of local amenities, including cafés, shops, and nearby accommodation options for those travelling. A list of recommended places to stay and further venue details will be provided upon booking.

Course Overview
The training is delivered over 6 full days (approximately 9am–5pm) across two weekends:
10th–12th July 2026
18th–20th September 2026
The course is structured to build progressively, with time between modules to consolidate learning, practice, and gain confidence.
PrerequisitesParticipants must have completed a 2-day Matwork Fundamentals course (not APPI-specific). If needed, APPI offer this as an online course, which must be completed at least two weeks prior to the reformer training.
